Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pricing and Broker Management Specialist to join our team. This role will encompass a diverse set of responsibilities, including pricing management, broker relationship management, and supporting mass-market sales initiatives through Hubspot marketing. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Pricing Management
- Review and distribute pricing matrices to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and clarity in pricing structures.
- Assist in handling custom pricing requests, guaranteeing accuracy and delivering timely responses to clients.
- Update and maintain internal pricing trackers to facilitate decision-making processes and ensure data integrity.
Broker Management
- Build and cultivate robust relationships with brokers and partners, serving as a reliable point of contact.
- Address inquiries and concerns from brokers promptly, demonstrating a commitment to their needs and concerns.
- Collaborate closely with brokers to align pricing strategies with our overarching business objectives, fostering productive partnerships.
Contract Review and Booking
- Thoroughly review and verify agreements and contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Manage the booking process for agreements, keeping meticulous records up-to-date and organized for reference.
- Play a pivotal role in ensuring that all contract-related activities proceed smoothly and accurately.
Marketing Tools Development
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing tools and materials tailored for mass-market customers.
- Contribute to the creation of ad campaigns, participating in content creation, design, and distribution processes.
- Continuously monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvements to optimize results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with brokers and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for effective data analysis and presentations.
- Prior experience in pricing, broker management, or marketing is a plus, showcasing a deeper understanding of the role's multifaceted responsibilities.
